If there is a problem, please notify us immediately upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. We will do everything we can to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused condition. All Products returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Refunds are given as credits to the original method of payment or as Gift Certificates. Damaged Goods In very rare instances it may happen that an ingredient, container or other component of a gift is damaged due to careless handling or shipping. We have established a rapid credit of 20% of the original product cost if you decide to keep the Gift anyway. You can also request a full refund of the product cost by requesting to file a "Damaged Goods Claim" with the shipping carrier. Upon a successful claim against the carrier you will receive a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service to ensure a hasslefree return or exchange.
